Refund policy
We always hope our flowers exceed your expectations, if for any reason the flowers which are purchased do not meet the stores quality and you wish to return your flowers for a refund please contact the store directly within the first 48 of purchasing the flowers.
Please note our simple care instructions need to be followed to ensure a refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if claiming poor quality if you have not attempted to make contact within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
Please note, due to seasonal variations and supply, flowers or plants in image shown may be unavailable, however equally eloquent substitutions will be selected.
Please note all refunds require management approval.
